Banana Split Brownie Pizza
Box brownie mix
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons sugar
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream topping
Prepare brownies according to package directions. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan or smaller. Bake until done, do not overbake. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, pineapple and sugar until blended. Spread on brownies. Arrange fruit on top of mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Add chocolate syrup as desired and garnish with whipped cream.

Kissy Cookies
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup sugar
36 Hershey’s kisses or hugs
Combine first three ingredients. Roll into one inch ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overcook. Immediately press kiss in center of each cookie. Let cool on cookie sheet before you remove.

Easy Ambrosia Cake
1 angel food cake (use directions on box)
1 package frozen coconut (or 1 can 3 ½ oz.)
½ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
1 pint cream, whipped
1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups) with juice
Bake cake and cool. Break in bite size pieces. Whip cream and combine with other ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan or dish. Chill overnight.

Jello Pound Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
¾ cup water
1 box jello (small) strawberry, orange, lemon
¾ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs (white)
Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
