Banana Punch
4 cups sugar
6 cups water
6 bananas
Juice of 2 lemons
12 oz. orange juice, undiluted
46 oz. pineapple juice
7-up
Bring sugar and water to boil and let cool. In blender, mix bananas, lemon juice and orange juice. Stir the two mixtures together with pineapple juice and freeze 24 hours.
Two hours before serving, set out to thaw and mix with equal amount of 7 up. Mixture should be slushy.

Chicken Devine
Cooked chicken (or turkey), cut up
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can pet milk
1 stick oleo
1 cup broth
1 box stove top stuffing
a little onion
Grease a Pyrex dish and place chicken in dish. Heat the soup and milk and pour over the chicken. Heat oleo and broth and pour over stuffing, then place on the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Swiss Steak
1 round steak, tenderized and cut into serving size pieces
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 cup instant onion
2 cups water
Mix flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Dip meat into mixture. Brown on both sides in skillet. Add onions and water. Place in 350 degree oven. Cook 1 1/2 hours until tender. Add more water during cooking if needed. If too thin, mix 1 spoonful flour with water and stir well. Add to steak to thicken gravy.

Super Simple Ham and Cheese Quiche
2 cups cooked ham (fully cooked)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
Salt and pepper to taste
Place ham,cheese and onion in buttered pie pan. Mix remaining ingredients until smooth; pour into pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When done, knife inserted in center of quiche will come out clean. Serves 2-4

Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
4 cups broccoli
4 cups cauliflower
1 medium red onion
1 large jar sliced pimentos
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
Chop fresh vegetables and combine in large bowl. Whisk or blend until smooth all the dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture and chill.
