Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies (Microwave)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 cups oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
Place sugar, milk, and butter in large microwave bowl and cook on high 4 to 5 minutes, just until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until firm.

Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (20oz.) can crushed pineapple
8 oz sour cream
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 baked 9” pie shell
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
6 tablespoons sugar
For filling: In 1 1/2 quart pan, combine 1/2 cup sugar and flour. Stir in undrained pineapple and sour cream. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Reduce heat, cook and stir two minutes. Stir 1 cup of hot filling into beaten egg yolks and return to pan. Bring to a gentle boil, cook and stir two more minutes. Pour hot filling into bake pie shell. In bowl, add vanilla and cream of tartar to egg whites. Beat with mixer, gradually adding 6 tablespoons sugar. Beat on high 4 minutes or until peaks. Spread over hot filling. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool one hour. Chill 3 hours.
