Sour Cream Cake
1 pkg Duncan Hines cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/3 cup Crisco oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl, beat on high for 4 minutes. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. You can glaze or frost, if desired.

Pineapple Cheese Ball
16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup green peppers
1 teaspoon minced onions
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 cups pecans
Mix together.

Raisin Nut Pie
1 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup pecans
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup raisins (cooked)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together and put in uncooked pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Garlic Cheese Rolls
1 pound cheddar cheese
8 oz. pimento cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
Garlic salt to taste
4 tablespoons Worcestershire
Dash of Tabasco
Any other kind of cheese desired
Mix all ingredients well. Make into rolls and roll onto wax paper covered with paprika or chili powder. Store in refrigerator and slice as needed. Makes 3 rolls.

Date Nut Roll
2 cups vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs
1 cups coarsely cut dates
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Combine thoroughly all ingredients. Mixture will be thick. Form into a roll about 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in foil, then refrigerate. Slice when firm.
