Million Dollar Pie
1 (12 oz.) Cool whip
4 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
1/2 cup pecans
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup angel flake coconut
2 graham cracker crusts
Mix above ingredients, except coconut, and pour into the 2 graham cracker crusts. Sprinkle with coconut. Let set at least 3 hours in refrigerator. Can be frozen.

Oriental Pie
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup pecans
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together all ingredients, mix well, pour into an unbaked pie shell and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon grated orange rind
2 cups grated raw zucchini
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts or raisins
Beat eggs until light and fluffy, add sugar and continue beating until well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla, zucchini and orange rind. Sift dry ingredients, stir into egg mixture along with the nuts/raisins. Turn into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until bread tests done. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Chill before slicing. Can also be baked in mini loaf pans.

Parker House Rolls
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
1 cup lukewarm water
5 tablespoon sugar
6 tablespoon shortening
6 cups flour
Scald milk; add sugar, salt and shortening. Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add cooled milk. Add flour to make easily handled dough. Knead well. Place in greased bowl, let rise until double in bulk. Roll out and cut. Place close together in greased pan. Cover and let rise until light. Bake in 375 degree oven until golden brown.
