Derby Pie
3 eggs,beaten
1 1/2cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 package chocolate chips
Mix and pour in 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

No Bake Cookies
1 large bag vanilla wafers, crushed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 cup raisins
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix with hands, make into rolls. Chill. Slice and eat.

Honey Bun Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
Mix together. Pour 1/2 batter in greased 13x9 pan. In small bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle half over batter. Pour the rest of batter. Pour remaining sugar and cinnamon over batter. Mix with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix until smooth. Drizzle over hot cake. Spread evenly.

Green Jello Salad
Bring to a boil:
1 no.2 can crushed pineapple
2 boxes lime jello
2 tablespoons sugar
Let cool.
Add:
Large package miniature marshmallows
2 cups whipped cream
1 small box cottage cheese
1 cup nuts
Chill.

Peach and Cream Cheese Salad
2 small boxes peach jello (or orange)
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
1 cup boiling water
1 large can peaches (mash peaches in syrup)
Pecans (if desired)
Let Cream cheese soften. Blend cheese and 1 box jello. Dissolve the other box of jello in cup of boiling water. Add mashed peaches. Let stand in refrigerator until set and firm.
