Blueberry Yum Yum
1 graham cracker crust
1/3 to 1/2 cup nuts
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
9 oz. cool whip
1/4 cup sugar
Add nuts to crust. Mix together cream cheese, cool whip and sugar; pour over crust. Top with blueberry pie filling. If too thick, add a little milk to cream cheese mixture.
Banana Pie
2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 pkg vanilla pie filling (cooked is best)
1 3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1 pkg dream whip, prepared to pkg instructions
2 bananas sliced
Combine vanilla wafer crumbs with melted margarine. Press into 9 inch pie pan and bake 8 minutes at 375 degrees. Prepare vanilla pie filling, using 1 3/4 cup milk. Cover and chill. Fold in miniature marshmallows and dream whip. Slice bananas into crust. Pour filling over bananas and chill overnight. Serve and make your family go bananas.
Watergate Cake
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup gingerale
Mix all ingredients and stir well. Bake in 3 layers 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before frosting.
Frosting:
Beat one 3 oz. package dream whip until thick. Add 1 package pistachio pudding and 1 ½ cup milk. Beat this with mixer until consistency of thick cream. Spread on cake. Keep refrigerated.
