Erma Sims Pound Cake
3 cups sugar
3 cup sifted all purpose flour
6 eggs
1 8oz. whipping cream
1 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon flavoring
Cream butter, sugar together. Add 1 egg at a time. Beat after each egg. Add flavoring, whipping cream. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Beat Bake at 350 degrees in stem pan for about 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.

Breakfast For a Crowd
Butter well a 9x13 inch baking dish. Butter 8 slices of bread and cut into cubes. Cover the bottom of baking with bread, sprinkle with 1 pound grated cheese.
In a Blender:
10 eggs
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 quart milk
Blend, pour over bread and cheese. Place in refrigerator over night. In the morning bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with fresh fruit and coffee cake.

Blueberry Muffins
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 cup floured blueberries
1/2 cup soft butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs until fluffy. Beat in flour and milk alternately, starting and ending with flour. Fold in berries that have been coated with flour. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Sausage Meatballs
2 cups Bisquick
1 lb. sausage
1 pkg cheddar cheese
Milk to desired consistency. Mix well, form into balls and bake 12-20 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.
