1 cabbage
1 onion
1 green pepper
Chop above and make the following and pour over mixture:
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon mustard
Boil together one minute. Keeps from 1-2 weeks in covered dish in refrigerator.
Baked Bean Casserole
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup onions chopped
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp chili powder (optional)
1/3 cup diced celery
1 lrg can pork and beans
1/2 bottle ketchup
garlic salt to taste
In skillet, lightly brown meat, celery and onions. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoughly. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
Beef Cheese Ball
3 -8oz. cream cheese
4-5 green onions chopped
2 (2 1/2oz.) jars dried beef chopped
1 tablespoon accent
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix together and shape into a ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans.
Cheese Sausage Biscuits
1 lb sausage
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
1 small box bisquick
2 to 3 tablespoons water
Brown sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Salmon Balls
1 large can salmon (drain-deboned)
1 large cream cheese
1 teaspoon horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon
1 teaspoon onion flakes
Mix. Roll into ball. Chill one hour or longer. Roll in nuts and parsley flakes.

Orange Chiffon Pie 1 (3 5/8oz.) pkg instant vanilla pudding 1/2 cup undiluted orange concentrate 1/2 cup water 1 (2oz.) envelope whipped topping 1 to 2 tablespoons grated orange rind Combine pudding, concentrate, water and rind. Whip topping according to directions and add to first mixture. Place in 8 inch prebaked pie shell and refrigerate.
