From the Nov 25, 2025 e-EditionMcKenzie Planning Commission will consider approval for two residential subdivisions during its November 26, 3:30 p.m. meeting at McKenzie City Hall.
The two subdivisions are located on Como Street and Kencindot and the developer is Daniel Mueller.
The first is a revised final plat that has been submitted by the, Marvin Alexander Trust which would subdivide seven lots and a parent tract on 14.887 acres. The parent tract does not have street frontage, but it is proposed to access Como Street via a 50’-wide access easement which runs through Lot 7. The subject property is located on Como Street (Tax Map 1, Parcel 1.02).
It extends from the pickleball courts along Como Street and extends to where Joy Drive meets Como Street.
The second subdivision is three parcels facing Kencindot and adjoining Cherrywood Road.
