Retired Judge Arrested on DUI Charges

Larry Logan, the retired General Sessions Judge for Carroll County was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of a Weapon on Saturday, November 30.
He was arrested by the Tennessee Highway Patrol in the Atwood area around noon and transported to Carroll County Jail.
According to the Carroll County Court Clerk’s office, no hearing has been set in the case. General Sessions Judge Michael King will recuse himself from hearing the charges. A substitute judge will be assigned to hear the charges.
Information from the Tennessee Highway Patrol was not available by press time on Monday afternoon.
