Retired Judge, Bruceton Police Chief Indicted

HUNTINGDON (January 5) — A former General Sessions Judge and the Bruceton Police Chief are among those indicted on Monday, January 5 by the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Retired General Sessions Judge Larry J. Logan was indicted on charges of DUI after a traffic stop in Atwood on November 30, 2024. He is also indicted in a separate case for Leaving the Scene of an Accident on February 16, 2025, in McKenzie.
Bruceton Police Chief Richard Crossno is charged with assault of a citizen in Bruceton. The indictment indicates Crossno did intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly cause bodily injury.
Dakota Shea Cameron is charged with Aggravated Rape of a Child, Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, Rape of a Child, Aggravated Sexual Battery, Aggravated Statutory Rape and various age children.
Brandie Lou Ann White is charged with Financial Exploitation of an Elderly or Vulnerable Adult; Aggravated Neglect of an Elderly or Vulnerable Adult

Jared Tyler Baugus - Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Violation of Interlock Device.
Rashad Jovan Brown - Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
Michael Lee Browning, Jr. - Theft, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card.
Jeffrey Wayne Harrington - Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver
Keith Walderain Haynes - Criminal Attempt to Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Tampering with Evidence, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Alan Donald Jastrzembski - Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Driving While Suspended, Possession of Meth and Other Controlled Substances, and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Deadly Felony.
Chance Clayton Johson - Introduction of Drugs into a Penal Institution, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Falsification of the results of a Drug Test.
Cheyenne Johnson - Aggravated Child Endangerment
Bobby Eugene Johnson - Possession of Meth with Intent, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
Rodrigo Atkinson Reyna - four counts of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
Demarcus Montrell Robinson - Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Antwain Laman Spears - Possession of Meth with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jonathan Ray Sullivan - Aggravated Burglary, Theft of Property, Escape
Gregory Neal Young - Tampering with Evidence, Possession of Meth, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Impersonation.
