Mr. Ricky Dale Hardin, 64, died August 6, 2024 after a motorcycle accident in Belvidere, South Dakota.
He was born on February 5, 1960, to the late Hershel Gary Hardin and Rosie Pearl Owens Hardin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Rosie Hardin, his wife, Christine Arnold Hardin, a sister, Pearl Loux, and two brothers, Thomas Hardin and Billy Joe Hardin.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and being out in nature. He was headed to Sturgis, South Dakota for the bike rally with his riding buddies. He was a retired U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by two sons, Joseph Galindo of Nashville, and Brian A. Galindo of Alabama. An adopted daughter, Stacey Shands of Henry. Two brothers, Robert (Marguerite) Hardin of Huntingdon and Paul Hardin of Woodlawn, Tenn. Five grandchildren, Damian Galindo, Joseline Galindo, Zachary Welcher, Erin Galindo and Presley Shands, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Saturday, August 17, 10 a.m. until noon . Funeral service will be Saturday, August 17 , noon, with burial to follow in New Prospect Cemetery.
Bruceton Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
