From the Jun 25, 2024 e-EditionMcKENZIE — Rose Marie (Loomis) Sands passed away on June 11, 2024. She leaves behind her husband of 69 years, Richard Judson Sands of McKenzie.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Loomis of Caladonia, N.Y.
She leaves behind four children: Edward James Sands and wife, Teresa, of McKenzie; David Richard Sands and wife, Kaye of Henry; Janet Marie Guerrieri of McKenzie; Elizabeth Ann Cole and husband, Allan of Big Rock.
She was preceded in death by her son, John William Sands who was married to Debra Sands (living) of Cedar Grove.
She leaves behind 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was loved and will be missed.
