Rotary Members Learn About L.I. Smith

McKENZIE (March 25) — McKenzie Rotary members heard about L.I. Smith, a full-service, integrative engineering and surveying company that provides services to the public and private sectors.
Patrick Smith is the president of the Paris Tennessee-based company.
Smith said his company works to give back to the area communities and hire locally. The company has 50 employees in Paris and Nashville.
Ashley Horn, marketing director, serves on the McKenzie Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors as part of the outreach of the company to serve the surrounding communities.
Patrick is a second-generation owner of the company. He is a licensed engineer and works to attract other engineers to the rural area. One thing COVID taught America is the fact one can live anywhere and work on projects everywhere.

Paris Landing Arts and Crafts Festival is September 12-13
The 26th annual Paris Lakeway Kiwanis Club Arts and Crafts Festival at Paris Landing State Park features over 115 local and regional crafters displaying and selling their handmade and hand-crafted items. The setting at Paris Landing State Park provides visitors with great views while shopping. There will also be food and beverage vendors, as well as a petting zoo. Admission and parking are free.
