From the Feb 24, 2026 e-EditionGLEASON, Tenn. — Services for Mrs. Sara Agnes England, age 101, of Gleason, are Monday, February 23, 2026, at 1 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie, Tenn.
Visitation is Sunday at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason from 4-7 p.m. It will resume Monday at 11 a.m. and go until time of her funeral service.
She was born January 12, 1925, and died February 20, 2026.
Mrs. England is survived by three daughters and a stepdaughter: Melinda (Tony) Woodrough of Martin, Tenn., Angie (Jeff) Hazlewood of Gleason, Brenda (David) Black of Gleason, and Carolyn Hughes of Arlington, Tenn. She is also survived by twelve (grand/step) grandchildren, eighteen (grand/step) great-grandchildren, and twelve (grand/step) great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. England was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest England, parents, Granville and Geneva Segraves, and two brothers, Lester and Ernest Segraves.
