Simple Assault — On March 18, Corporal Jeremy Smith was dispatched to 10 Perit Lane for a patient attacking staff members. Douglas Pracher, 53, of Huntingdon, was being restrained by a worker when the deputy arrived. The employee gave a statement that Douglas ran away from the facility again and he went to find him. After finding him, he brought him back and Pracher attacked the employee by biting his hands, hitting him in the back of the head with his phone, grabbing his neck, and hitting him with a folded metal chair.
