Six Injured in Head-On Crash
From the Aug 5, 2025 e-EditionCARROLL COUNTY (July 31) — James Christopher Mills, 32, is facing charges of DUI #2, vehicular assault, and driving left of the centerline after a head-on crash on July 31 on State Route 219 in Carroll County.
According to the report filed by the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Mills 2023 Ford F150 hit head-on with a Dodge Caravan driven by China Christine Cox, 26.
The accident created injuries for Cox, Justin Ring, 27, Carol Chamberlin, and three children. All were transported to Baptist Hospital-Carroll County in Huntingdon.
