From the Nov 12, 2024 e-EditionMcKENZIE, Tenn. - Funeral services for Suzie Long are Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday, noon until service time. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, McKenzie, Tenn.
Mrs. Long, 77, died at her house on Friday, November 8, 2024. She was born in McKenzie on May 24, 1947, to L.H. and Ann Kirk Cozart. She graduated from McKenzie High School, is a member of McKenzie First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and is a retired office manager of various doctor offices.
She is survived by her son, Doug Long of McKenzie, her brother, Ricky (Jan) Cozart of McKenzie, and a grandson, Hayden Long.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Paul Long, son, David Long, and daughter-in-law, Vicki Long.
