From the Dec 9, 2025 e-EditionMcKENZIE — Funeral services for Tabitha “Tammy” Gwaltney are on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 11 a.m. -2 p.m. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Gwaltney, 57, died at her residence on Monday, December 1, 2025. She was a sales clerk at the Smoke Shack - McKenzie and Baptist in faith. She was born in Martin on July 11, 1968, to Roger Dale Watson and Willie Ann Davis Williams.
She is survived by her daughter, Samantha (Ish Fisher) Gwaltney, mother, Ann Williams, fiancé Carl Campbell, one sister, Rhonda Watson, six brothers, Ricky (Renee) Watson, Dean Watson, Jerry Ward, John David Williams, Dale Watson, and Greg Watson, and two grandchildren, Kage Gwaltney and Kane Fisher.
She is preceded in death by her father and stepfather, David Williams; her husband, Robert “Eldo” Gwaltney; a son, Camden Gwaltney; and her brother, Brian Watson.
