Thomas Donald Pruitt

Olive Branch, Miss. — Funeral Services for Thomas Donald Pruitt are on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 12 p.m. The family will receive friends on Saturday, from 11 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery, McKenzie, Tenn.

Mr. Pruitt, 92 years old, was born on December 30, 1933, in Trezevant, Tenn. to the late Johnny Calvin Pruitt and Ora Cathlene Sales Pruitt. He graduated from Trezevant High School and served in the United States Army. He worked as a machinist at General Electric in Memphis and attended Clearview Baptist Church in Southaven, MS.

He is survived by his children Wesley Thomas Pruitt (Carrie) of Olive Branch, MS, Tommy K. Pruitt of Millington, TN and Tess Ann Sharp (Keith) of Suwanee, GA, two brothers, Charles Wayne Pruitt of Greers Ferry, AR and Samuel Ray Pruitt of Olive Branch, MS, nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Virginia Staton, and brother Johnny Calvin Pruitt.
