Willodean Long, Others Make Tissue Box Covers for Seniors

TREZEVANT — Willodean Long, 95, and Alesia Griffin, both of Trezevant, along with Cyndi Shafer of McKenzie worked to make tissue box covers for the residents of Lakeside Senior Living Community of McKenzie.
In the past with Alesia making numerous Hobby Lobby runs, Ms. Long has also made Easter baskets for both nursing homes in McKenzie, NHC in Milan and Harmony Hill in Huntingdon. Ms. Long likes to stay busy making things for others and it also keeps her mind sharp.

Paris Landing Arts and Crafts Festival is September 12-13
The 26th annual Paris Lakeway Kiwanis Club Arts and Crafts Festival at Paris Landing State Park features over 115 local and regional crafters displaying and selling their handmade and hand-crafted items.
