Shelby Tucker Completes Nurse Residency Program

PARIS — West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital proudly congratulates Shelby Tucker, LPN, for successfully completing the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) Nurse Residency Program. Shelby, a dedicated nurse on 3rd Tower, was recognized for her achievement with a certificate and pin presented by Chief Nursing Officer Michelle Seaton.
Shelby is currently advancing her nursing education in the RN Program at Dyersburg State Community College and is on track to graduate in May 2026. Her completion of the Spring Nurse Residency Program through THA marks an important milestone in her professional growth and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
The THA Nurse Residency Collaborative supports hospitals across Tennessee in implementing evidence-based residency programs for new graduate nurses.
West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital is proud to support Shelby and other nurses in their pursuit of continued professional development. The next cohorts for the THA Nurse Residency Program are set to begin in Spring 2025 on March 20 and in Fall 2025 on August 21.
