Upcoming Henry County Circuit Criminal Court is Rescheduled Due to Expected Inclement Weather

Due to the expected inclement weather forecasted on Friday, January 23, 2026, through Sunday, January 25, 2026, Henry County Circuit Criminal Court scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2026 (Criminal Appearance Day) has been rescheduled for Friday, February 6, 2026.
Circuit Court will begin at the Henry County Jail at 9 a.m., then will resume at the Courthouse (101 W. Washington Street) at 1 p.m.
For the moment, this is the only Henry County Court that has made such a decision.
