Upgrades to Kelley Sports Complex is on Huntingdon Agenda
From the Mar 25, 2025 e-EditionHUNTINGDON (March 25) — The Town of Huntingdon will address upgrades to Kelley Sports Complex during its Tuesday, March 25 meeting of the Huntingdon Mayor and Council at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall.
The $585,000 plan calls for 50 percent from state grants and 50 percent from local funds to build two baseball fields, add and improve lighting for four fields, add parking and walkways - all accessible to meet American with Disabilities Act requirements. The plan indicates the project would be completed by January 2027.
In other business during the Council meeting, the board is expected to approve the Master Plan for the Kelley Sports Complex and approve a capital outlay note for the purchase of new police vehicles.
