U.S. 79 Highway Near Trezevant Will Divert Traffic Effective Monday, June 16

TREZEVANT — Monday, June 16, 2025: Automobile traffic will be shifted to the new alignment from near Cutlip Lane to the Connector Road leading into Trezevant, speed limit reduced to 35 MPH, along US 79/State Route 76. Traffic will proceed down the new alignment to an all-way stop and then proceed onto Old US79 (SR76). Also, there will be a traffic shift/run-a-round on SR 105 where new US 79 (SR76) crosses.
Wednesday June 18, 2025: Dorsey Rd is projected to close for utility realignment and road construction, weather permitting. Detour route will be delineated by signage.
