Ms. Hollingsworth was born January 15, 1972 in Huntingdon to Eddie and Patricia Hollingsworth.
She is survived by her parents Patricia Hollingsworth and Eddie (Rhonda) Hollingsworth; sons, Kamal Hollingsworth, Trey Mitchell, Ashton Mitchell, Quennell "Meal" Leavitt, Corey "LilCorey" Leavitt; husband Corey Leavitt; grandchildren Braylen Hollowell, Braxton Hollowell, Devon Hollingsworth, Sayla Mitchell, and Denver Mitchell; Brothers Eddie "Fred" Hollingsworth, Jr., Jamie "Bug" Hollingsworth; Nieces Gemme McCardle, Emily Hollingsworth, Samantha Hollingsworth; Great-nieces, Shyloh McCardle, Laiken McCardle, Ever Moore McCardle, Haven Coleman; Nephew JJ Hollingsworth; Great-nephews Aiden Hollingsworth, Lennon McCardle, Taven Coleman; Special friend Anna Pearson.
