West Carroll FBLA Excels at State Conference
From the Apr 21, 2026 e-Edition
West Carroll Jr./Sr. High School students recently traveled to Chattanooga to compete in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference, where they achieved outstanding success, securing their invitation to Nationals.
Students competed in a variety of business-related events, including Agribusiness, Human Resource Management and Organizational Leadership, among others.
Students also participated in conference leadership sessions and had the opportunity to connect with peers from across the state. The trip also allowed time for students to explore Chattanooga and build relationships outside of the classroom, making the experience both educational and memorable.
Every student competitor from West Carroll placed in the top four in their respective events, an impressive accomplishment that reflects both preparation and dedication. As a result of their top finishes, these students have earned the opportunity to advance to the FBLA National Leadership Conference, held this summer in San Antonio, Texas.
There, students will compete alongside top competitors from across the country and world.
The FBLA program at West Carroll continues to provide students with opportunities to develop leadership, communication and career-ready skills through real-world application and competition. West Carroll is proud of these students for their success and looks forward to supporting them as they prepare for the national stage.
