West Carroll FBLA Students Explore Careers At Tennessee Titans Learning Lab
From the Nov 18, 2025 e-Edition
Students from the West Carroll High School FBLA chapter recently traveled to Nashville to participate in the Tennessee Titans Learning Lab at Nissan Stadium. This opportunity blended business education, leadership and real-world career exploration.
Throughout the day, students met with representatives from multiple departments within the Titans organization, including Client Services and Hospitality, Cause Marketing, Ticket Sales, Group Sales, Membership Services, Equipment and Stadium Operations. Each team shared how their department contributes to the overall success of the franchise and what it takes to manage a professional sports organization.
Students also toured the locker room and tried on equipment, getting a behind-the-scenes look at game-day operations. The experience gave them a better understanding of how teamwork, marketing, finance and operations come together in a large-scale business environment.
Events like this highlight the valuable opportunities provided through Career and Technical Education (CTE) and the Business and Marketing program at West Carroll, where students connect classroom learning with real-world applications. Through FBLA and similar programs, students develop leadership skills, explore potential careers and gain insight into what it takes to succeed beyond high school. The trip served as both an educational experience and a reminder of the doors that CTE and business education open for West Carroll students.
