West Carroll Elementary School Hosts Holiday Meal

West Carroll Elementary School recently welcomed families and friends to campus for a special holiday meal, giving students the opportunity to share lunch with their loved ones in a festive and heartwarming atmosphere.

The event brought students, guests and staff together to celebrate the season and strengthen the school–family connection.

The holiday meal featured a traditional spread that included baked ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, macaroni and cheese, baked apples and a variety of homemade desserts. Cafeteria tables were filled with smiling students who enjoyed both the meal and the special company.

“It’s always great seeing our students’ faces light up as their family joins them for lunch,” said Tammy Lovell, school secretary. “Moments like these truly make the holidays special.”

Students not accompanied by a guest were also treated to a memorable experience, enjoying their meal while watching a movie, ensuring every child felt included and celebrated.

The holiday lunch was a meaningful way for West Carroll Elementary to spread cheer, create lasting memories and remind students that school is a place of community, care and togetherness — especially during the holiday season.
