West Carroll School Board to Meet May 7
From the May 5, 2026 e-EditionThe West Carroll Special School District Board of Education meets Thursday, May 7 at 6:30 p.m. in the West Carroll Jr/Sr High School cafeteria.
The following items are on the agenda:
- WCJSHS ACT Recognition – Dr. Adam Douglas and Director Preston Caldwell
- WCSSD Tenure Recommendations/Approval: Benjamin Bane, Olivia Bryant, Tammy Davis, Sonya Eaton, Beth Hysmith and Clinton Kee – Director Caldwell
- WCJSHS FBLA Recognition and Field Trip Request Approval to San Antonio, Texas June 28 through July 3 (first reading - two required) – Ms. Erin Lewis
- Discuss/Approve Field Trip request to Doyle, Tenn., June 22-26 – Mr. Noah Rogers
- WCSSD Director of School Performance Evaluation – Director Caldwell

- Discuss/Approve WCJSHS “E-Sports” Program – Dr. Adam Douglas
- Discuss/Approve (second – Reading) Policies: Director Caldwell: 1.901 Charter School Application, 2.804 Expenses and Reimbursements
- Discuss 2026 - 2027 Teacher Salary Schedule – Director Caldwell
