Stolen Tractor-Trailer — William Alexander Raspa, 28, Tumbling Creek Road, McKenzie was charged with Theft, Burglary, Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Vandalism after he stole a tractor-trailer from Shomaker Lumber Company in McKenzie on Sunday, January 21. more

Aggravated Assault — Jacob T. Watts, 32, Highway 70, Waverly, was arrested for aggravated assault on July 10. more

HUNTINGDON (January 2) — The Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court were busy on the first business day of the new year. Among the indictments were 46 who were charged by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in Operation Broken Windows that involved the law enforcement departments of Huntingdon, McKenzie, Sheriff’s Department and the Drug Task Force.
