Domestic Assault — On September 6, Deputy Bradley Hardin responded to a call for a possible domestic assault. When he arrived on the scene, he contacted the victim who stated Mark Douglas Wortham Jr., 29, had struck her on the head with his head. The victim did have a small, raised knot on the upper right side of her head. Wortham drove by the residence while the officer was talking to the victim. Deputy Hardin and Sgt. Scottie Davis went to speak with the defendant. The defendant was sitting in the middle of Smyrna Road just across Westport Road. The defendant stated he ran out of gas. The defendant was charged with Domestic Assault. more

Joshua A. Dailey, 34, of Trezevant was issued a citation for Trespassing on August 4. more
Public Intoxication — Mikel Thomas Dillingham, 54, of Hollow Rock, was arrested on 10/19/23 for public intoxication. Deputy Meier responded to a call at a home in Hollow Rock for an unwanted male subject. When on scene, Mikel was discovered in the bathroom with the door off the hinges and yelling and talking to an imaginary person. He was under the influence of narcotics and made several comments about killing himself. The owner of the home did not want him charged, just wanted him to leave but the deputy took him for suicide watch and public intoxication. more
