Carroll Arts to Host Trivia Bowl

Do you have a proficiency for remembering random facts? If the answer is yes, then make plans to attend Carroll Arts’ next event happening on Saturday, January 18.

Carroll Arts, Inc. will host its 14th Annual Trivia Bowl at 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McKenzie, located at 16835 Highland Drive.

The Trivia Bowl will consist of teams of 3-5 people from Carroll County businesses and organizations that compete against each other for first, second and third place prizes and bragging rights.

Trivia questions will be asked and teams have a limited amount of time, about 3-4 minutes, to put their heads together and submit the correct answer before the music stops. Music for the evening will be songs from TV shows.

The winners will receive awards and the notoriety that comes with being the smartest trivia bowlers in the room.

Teams of 3-5 people are $25 to compete. Refreshments will be provided.

Judges are Ricky Price and Jason Martin. Emcee will be Brad Sam. Sound provided by Joel Washburn.

Proceeds from this event go to promote the arts in Carroll County.

A registration table will be set up at the entrance to the fellowship hall for teams to register that evening. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
