HUNTINGDON (December 29) — The Carroll County Budget Committee met Thursday morning to discuss two budget amendments and three potential personnel hires. The county’s highway department budget had to be amended to account for the purchase of two dump trucks totaling approximately $268,000. The Health Department purchased two HVAC units in the neighborhood of $17,000. more
