When you think about big businesses headquartered in Tennessee most folks think of FedEx, Dollar Store, Bridgestone or Cracker Barrel. There was one up until 2010 that I had no clue was headquartered in Tennessee; that little gem is Pilot Flying J. Until January 16, 2024, the company was headquartered out of Knoxville and headed by the Haslam family. During the week the Huntingdon Fillies advanced their district record to 3-0, 18-4 for the season overall, as they defeated both the Camden Lady Lions and the Dyersburg Lady Trojans. The 73-54 victory over the Class 3-AAA Lady Trojans was especially sweet after suffering a loss to Dyersburg earlier in the season. The Fillies followed this with a 58-24 win over Camden, a district 12-AA opponent. Conversely, the Mustangs ended the week 6-16 for the season, 1-2 in district play, with an 80-53 loss to Dyersburg, and an 81-67 loss to Camden. more
