The University of Tennessee-Knoxville released its Spring 2023 Dean’s List Tuesday, May 30. The Dean’s List recognizes the dedication required, and the contributions each student makes to the Knoxville campus and community. Several students from Carroll, Henry and Weakley counties made the spring list. more

Prices in Tennessee are 2.6 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 151.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 1.6 cents in the last week and stands at $3.87 per gallon. more

Easy Ambrosia Cake 1 angel food cake (use directions on box) 1 package frozen coconut (or 1 can 3 1/2 oz.) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1 pint cream, whipped 1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups) with juice Bake cake and cool.
