Easy Ambrosia Cake 1 angel food cake (use directions on box) 1 package frozen coconut (or 1 can 3 1/2 oz.) 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1 pint cream, whipped 1 can crushed pineapple (2 cups) with juice Bake cake and cool. Break in bite size pieces. Whip cream and combine with other ingredients. Place in 9x13 pan or dish. Chill overnight. more
