PARIS — Henry County Medical Center (HCMC) welcomed eight new third-year medical students from Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine to campus on Friday, July 15. Multiple Charges — McKenzie Officer Trenton Ruddy initiated a traffic stop on Cedar Avenue shortly after 3 a.m. on Sunday, October 2. According to Ruddy’s report, he had previously run the same vehicle’s tag earlier observing the window tint allegedly to be darker than legal limit. Ruddy also had dispatch check on the registered owner’s driver’s license status. It was learned that the registered owner was Demereo Harwell of Somerville, Tenn. and his license was revoked for a DUI conviction.
