Driving on Suspended License — On May 10, Officer Kristen Lee responded to a crash in Wendy’s parking lot. One of the drivers, Scotty Foster, 47, of Huntingdon, had a suspended driver’s license. Foster was taken into custody and booked on Driving on Revoked for DUI second offense.

Aggravated Criminal Trespass/ Public Intoxication — According to a report by Deputy Heather Townes on May 9, Christopher McCaslin, 44, of Cedar Grove, drove his all-terrain vehicle where he stopped in a yard and got off, began to beat on the front door of the home violently, and was hitting the wall with the porch swing.

Child Abuse and Neglect — According to a report by Officer Kristen Lee, On March 28, officers responded to Drew Court for a small child walking in the roadway without shoes. Upon arrival, the child was seen in the ditch on the side of the road. The child was unkept, and was not wearing any shoes. The parents were identified as Noah Nesbit, 24, of Huntingdon, and Shayla Johnson, 24, of Huntingdon. They were both charged with Child Neglect.
