Driving on Revoked — Michael Hollowell, 60, Huntingdon, was arrested for Driving on Revoked on July 19. Deputy Alex Sherwood stopped a vehicle for having an expired registration plate. The driver, Hollowell, also had a revoked driver’s license. He was arrested and transported to Carroll County Jail.
