Child Abuse and Neglect — According to a report by Officer Kristen Lee, On March 28, officers responded to Drew Court for a small child walking in the roadway without shoes. Upon arrival, the child was seen in the ditch on the side of the road. The child was unkept, and was not wearing any shoes. The parents were identified as Noah Nesbit, 24, of Huntingdon, and Shayla Johnson, 24, of Huntingdon. They were both charged with Child Neglect.

Reckless Endangerment — According to a report filed by Deputy Heather Townes on April 22, she and Deputy Crews-Sherwood responded to a call on Bryant Road in Atwood. The caller stated her house had been shot.

Domestic Assault — Bobby T. Demyers, II,, 20, Clarksville and Yazmein Redman, 19, Clarksville were both arrested for Domestic Assault after each reported they were assaulted by the other on April 19.

Drugs into Penal Institution — According to a report made by Deputy Alex Sherwood, on April 13, he conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to maintain lane. The driver, Jeremy Coleman, 34, of Atwood, had a metal tray containing a small amount of meth and a bag of .5 grams located on the ground next to the driver’s door. He was arrested and taken to Carroll County Jail where correction officer Shane Kollaszan found .6 grams of meth on Coleman.

Drug/Narcotic Violation — On March 8, Deputy Sunny Crews-Sherwood, encountered a vehicle that cut through the Casey’s parking lot in McKenzie, failing to yield coming onto Forrest St. and had a strong smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Domestic Assault — On 02/28/25, Carroll County Deputies were dispatched to a home on Bobbitt Road in Bruceton for a possible domestic situation. Deputy Bongiovanni arrived and met Gregory Allen Harvey, 51, of Bruceton outside of the home.
