State Senator John Stevens (R-Huntingdon) will speak at the Capitol Forum on Friday, April 12, at the Carroll County Civic Center, Huntingdon. The event starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 9 a.m. This is a free event sponsored by the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce.
