HUNTINGDON (February 5-6) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll County General Sessions Court on February 5-6, 2020.
Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court are:
Keith Waldrain Haynes, McKenzie, bound over Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Burglary, Assault-Physical Contact and Criminal Trespass.
Steven T. Miller, Jackson, bound over on Theft of Property - $2,500 to $10,000, Evading Arrest Flight - Vehicle, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities, Reckless Endangerment - Vehicle/Misdemeanor and vehicles/Streetcars Stop at All Stop Signs. Charges dismissed for Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon) and Driving While License Suspended.
Stephen R. Milton, Bruceton, bound over on Aggravated Assault, Domestic Assault, Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Vandalism (Up to $1,000). Charges were dismissed for Aggravated Assault and Domestic Assault.
Anthony James Sanders, Lexington, bound over on Failure to Appear.
The following cases were adjudicated as Pre-Trial Diversion:
Shane Thomas Barksdale, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion on a charge of Assault - Bodily Injury.
The following cases were dismissed:
Kathie Baker Mann, Memphis, dismissed charges of Aggravated Criminal Trespass.
Mark O. Reed, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Public Intoxication.
William S. Trevathan, Huntingdon, dismissed charges of Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation and Community Supervision Violation.
Jason D. Bivens, Hollow Rock, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended.
Jayne Danyelle Byrd, Sedalia, KY, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended - Non Resident.
Joseph Forrest, Huntingdon, dismissed, Failure to Appear on Citation.
Brennon Lee Hurley, Atwood, dismissed charges of Leave Scene of Accident - Property Damage, Driver License-Address Required within 10 Days, Registration Expired and Financial Responsibility Law. Mr. Hurley was found guilty on the charge of Drivers to Exercise Due Care of Plea Bargain; $50 fine, Unsupervised Probation for 30 Days. Finding of guilty Immediate Notice of Accident of Plea Bargain; $50 fine, Unsupervised Probation for 30 Days.
Kristen Elizabeth Mann, McKenzie, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Speeding.
Kennon Lamarkus Medlock, Paris, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended.
The following defendants were found guilty:
Drew Autry, Hollow Rock, guilty, Theft of Property ($1,000 to $2,500), no sentence listed.
Debbie Brewer, Huntingdon, guilty, Domestic Assault, Violation of Order of Protection/Restraining Order. Charges of Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication were dismissed. No sentence listed.
Daniel S. Johnsonius, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days in jail, day for day credit for completion of inpatient rehab.
Cindy Marie Lovell, Gleason, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days in jail, probation extended six months.
Louis Stephen Rechis III, Sharon, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days in jail, Alcohol and Drug Assessment and Counseling.
