HUNTINGDON — The following cases were adjudicated in one day of Carroll County General Sessions Court held last week.
The following cases resulted in a guilty verdict or plea:
Nathan Roman Guillen, Morningside Drive, Huntingdon, guilty of Failling to Appear, $100 fine, Timothy Hickey, Home Street, Union City, guilty of Simple Possession, $250 fine; dismissed charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Jamie Hill, Division Street, Union City, guilty of Simple Possession, $250 fine. Wynter Strayhorn, Walnut Street, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 30 days jail with possible reduction of 10 days if proof of employment.
The following cases were dismissed.
Nathan Roman Guillen, Morningside Drive, dismissed charge of Driving While Revoked.
Aaron R. Luter, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, dismissed charge of Failure to Appear.
