An arrest has been made in connection with the April 14, 2019 robbery of Pocket’s Shell Station in Union City. Keith Milton Patterson was arrested Saturday, May 18 at his father’s residence in Carroll County.
Agents with the U.S. Marshal’s Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force took Mr. Patterson into custody shortly after 4 p.m. A brief standoff was reported between the Marshal’s Task Force and Mr. Patterson with the outcome being a peaceful surrender.
The Union City Police Department thanks the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force for their assistance in capturing Mr. Patterson. He is charged with Aggravated Robbery.
A co-defendant in this case, Stephen Josh Rogers, was arrested May 13, in connection with this case.
