HUNTINGDON (March 3) – Results of the 2020 presidential primary poured in as polls closed at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at the Carroll County Election Commission.
Carroll County Election Administrator Peg Hamlett said the election commission was experiencing technical difficulties with a scanner while counting absentee votes. She said vote totals will be available at the end of the night after each vote is counted manually.
