1 -1 pound loaf Italian Bread
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
Slice bread in half horizontally. Coat surface of each with cooking spray. Combine cheese, parsley and garlic powder; sprinkle over cut surface of 1/2 of bread. Top with other half of bread. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield 20 servings. 60 calories per 1/2” slice; .6 grams of fat per serving.
