HUNTINGDON (February 28) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on February 28.

Two defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Christopher Horton, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, was bound over on a charge of Aggravated Assault.

Danny Trotter, Harmon Cemetery Road, Paris, was bound over on charges of Tampering with Evidence and Meth-Manufacturing, Deliver, Sell or Possession with Intent.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Christopher Brown, Hebron Church Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation, 45 days jail, probation extended six months.

Makism Getmanska, no address, guilty, DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year, probation; dismissed, Open Container.

Zachary Ryan Hill, Harmon Creek Road, Eva, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine, probation.

Christopher R. Horton, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $500 fine, 11/29 jail concurrent with another sentence; dismissed, Theft of Property; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange.

Kestin D. Horton, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; guilty, Probation Violation; $500 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation, must complete outpatient treatment, subject to random drug testing.

Joseph William Jackson, Cedar Street, Gleason, guilty, Probation Violation, no sentence listed.

Michael B. Phillips, Rolling Meadows, Henry, guilty, Fugitive from Justice, 10 days jail; Criminal Impersonation, 15 days jail; to be extradited to Fulton, Kentucky following sentence.

Donald Ragon, Lone Elm Road, Lexington, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $250, time served, supervised probation, forfeit weapon; dismissed, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs.

Gavin Rosson, homeless, Cedar Grove, guilty, Public Intoxication, seven days jail.

Michael Wayne Shackleford, Pleasant Hill, Hollow Rock, Probation Violation, inpatient rehab ordered.

Ronnie Glen Smith, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, 12 days jail, probation.

Russell E. Townes, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended nine months.

Jason Warnick, Humboldt-Gibson Wells Road, Humboldt, guilty, possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation.

Alexis Natae Wilson, Wren Avenue, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, not to drive for one year, probation.

Roman Claude Winkler, Hilliard Road, McKenzie, Driving While Revoked Due to Conviction of DUI, $250 fine, 48 hours jail, supervised probation, not to drive for six months, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Open Container.
