HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on July 7 and 8.

Six defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Grant Blurton, Mullins Road, Humboldt, bound over on charge of vehicular homicide, driver intoxicated, vehicular assault, DUI-first offense, driver failed to exercise due care.

James S. Carroll, Smothers Lane, Huntingdon, schedule II drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess, evading arrest, driving while revoked-second or subsequent offense.

Samantha McClain, Harrison Street, Paris, bound over, theft, schedule VI drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell, or possess, speeding, violation of financial responsibility.

Quinton T. McClerkin, Harrison Street, Paris, bound over, possession of a weapon- convicted felon, theft of property, simple possession, failure to appear; dismissed, reckless driving, driving while suspended.

Wilfredo Dewayne Riveria, Kay Avenue, McKenzie, bound over, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of weapon, prohibited weapon-attempt, simple possession, driving while suspended - second or subsequent offense.

Derek Willis, Wagner Street, Martin, bound over, schedule I and II drugs - manufacture, deliver, sell or possess.

The following resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Shawn Austin, Lisa Lane, Holladay, guilty, driving while suspended - second or subsequent offense, $100 fine; dismissed, registration expired.

J. Matilde Borja, Jr., Manchester Cove, Southhaven, Miss., guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, loss of license for one year, 11/29 suspended sentence; dismissed, possession of handgun while under influence.

Andrew Byrd, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, guilty, simple possession, $250 fine.

Brittany Cole, Roberts Street, Camden, guilty, failure to appear, $50 fine; guilty, driving while suspended license; dismissed, speeding, violation of financial responsibility.

Mary G. Fowler, Field Street, McKenzie, guilty, failure to appear, $100 fine, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Eric Parker, Buckley Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, driving while suspended, 45 days jail, unsupervised probation for 10/14; dismissed, speeding and violation of financial responsibility.

Christopher Darian Ramsey, High Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, domestic assault, 90 days in jail, no contact with victim, supervised probation for 8 months, 29 days; dismissed, aggravated assault, false imprisonment.

Stella Louise Siggers, Kiwi Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-first offense, $350 fine, 32 days in jail, supervised probation for 10 months, 28 days, not to drive for one year; dismissed, meth-possession or casual exchange, drug paraphernalia.

Frank Soliz, Highway 77, Paris, guilty, theft of merchandise, restitution of $32.40, no contact with retailer, 20 hours community service.

Melissa A. Treadway, Beasley Street, Huntingdon, guilty, theft, $20.30 restitution to retailer, 24 in jail, supervised probation for 11/27.

Troy Whitmore, Pope Street, Milan, guilty, disorderly conduct, credit for time served 30 days.

James Wilson, Highway 70W, Camden, guilty, reckless driving, $50 fine, unsupervised probation for 180 days; dismissed, violation of implied consent, open container, violation of financial responsibility.

The following cases were dismissed.

Mary G. Fowler, Field Street, McKenzie, dismissed, driving while revoked, speeding, violation of financial responsibility.

Terrance Roy, Park Cove, McKenzie, dismissed, probation violation.

Mark Russell, Elm Street, McKenzie, dismissed, aggravated assault, dismissed, aggravated assault, domestic assault, failure to appear.

The following cases were adjudicated through pre-trial diversion.

Thomas Dale Baccus, Browning Road, Milan, pre-trial diversion, aggravated criminal trespass, 30 days in jail, supervised probation, no contact with victim.

Eric Dewayne Milton, Johnson Street, Trezevant, pre-trial diversion, theft, no contact with retailer, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Carrington Elizabeth Woods, Midland Street, Gleason, pre-trial diversion, assault - physical contact, no contact with victim.
