HUNTINGDON — The following cases were heard in Carroll General Sessions Court on July 27 and 28.
Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:
Tobias D Horton-Barber Jr, Spence Enclave Lane, Nashville, Bound Over for Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm with Intent To Go Armed – Dangerous Felony, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange (2 counts), and Meth – MFG, Deliver, Sale, Possession With Intent.
Roy Zinkle, Jr, Purdy Road, Clarksburg, Bound Over for Meth – MFG, Deliver, Sale, Possession With Intent and Possession of Firearm with Intent to go Armed – Dangerous Felony.
The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:
Chad Hedge, Harmon Road, Buena Vista, Found guilty of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 30 days jail reporting by 11/7/22, and 10/29 unsupervised probation; Dismissed Charge of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Peyton C. Mullins, Delmar Street, Greenfield, Found guilty of Reckless Driving, 6-month jail sentence suspended, $50 fine, and 6 months supervised probation; Dismissed Charge of Implied Consent Law.
Jerry Smith, Rolling Meadows, Milan, Found guilty of DUI – Second Offense, $600 fine, Sentenced to 120 days jail with 90 to serve in jail and 30 days in Inpatient Rehab; Dismissed Charges of Reckless Endangerment – Vehicle/MISD, Driving While License Revoked Due To DUI Conviction, Following Too Closely, Registration Certificate Must Be Carried, Financial Responsibility Law, and Drivers To Exercise Due Care.
Brandon Tylor Woodard, Perkins Mill Road, McKenzie, Found guilty of DUI – First Offense and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $500 fine, 10 days jail, and 11/27 supervised probation; Dismissed Charges of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, Seat Belt Violation, Expired Registration Violation, and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.
The following cases were dismissed:
Andrew Arnold, Highland Drive, McKenzie, Dismissed Charges of Driving While License Revoked (2nd or Subsequent) – Due to DUI Conviction, Failure to Appear, Expired Registration, and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.
David Myles, Beasley Street, Huntingdon, Dismissed Charges of Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
Ashton Steele Salmon, Dogwood Hills, Paris, Dismissed Charge of Assault – Threat of Bodily Injury.
Dillon Smith, State Route 77, Atwood, Dismissed Charge of Driving While License Suspended.
